Some homebuyers find the home that 'could be' right for them, in the PERFECT location but walk away from it because it needs a little work. And other times, like my Client Cassie, they are not afraid to envisage the possibilities, put their own stamp on it, and make it the perfect home! Never doubt possibilities! Go for it! Chase down your dreams, it's always worth the effort!
Garage Conversion
If you want extra space in your new home, think about converting the garage!! My client wanted extra space in her kitchen, so we moved the laundry room and mudroom into the garage, added a study and a storage room. By adding in the stud-wall, to make the wall flush and give room for the plumbing for the washer and dryer, we were able to seamlessly add this amazing extension to her home! It turned out better than she every could have imagined. So we had to move the attic hatch and the water heaters, but again, the extra work was worth it and they have added square footage to their property!! They are now building a detached garage on the side of their home What an amazing addition!

Kitchen Remodel
Opening up an old kitchen can be tricky. But that old breakfast bar had to go, and the wall to the old laundry room came down. I was able to help my client decide on the layout, design the cabinets, placement of appliances, in a way that worked for them!
We have added so much space to this once tiny kitchen and opened it out to the breakfast nook. Its now a gorgeous entertaining space.
Removed all the old cabinets and breakfast bar. Knocked through the wall to the laundry room, creating space!
Designed the cabinets to fit perfectly in the space, allowing for placement of appliances.
Cabinets were custom built to fit in the clients choice of appliances.

Major Rennovation
Taking an outdated, run-down 2 bed, 1 bath home and transforming it into a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with open kitchen and dining space. Just love how this one turned out!

Simple changes add up to a big change!
It is simply amazing how very simple changes can effect the overall look of a room in a home. Whether it is trimming the windows to give a custom feel, updating the doors, changing the paint, adding in crown molding, changing the flooring, lighting.... the list goes on. There is always a change you can make that is within your budget and you will be happy with how different it looks afterwards. Go on, ask me what changes you could make to your home to improve its feel and appeal!

Trim round the window, fresh paint, new tub, new tiles surround and floor tile- gorgeous transformation.

Making it fun and stress free!
I always stress to clients the importance of getting samples. As many as you like! Look at how the different flooring selections will flow from one room to the next. This takes away so much stress in remodeling which comes from 'guessing' or 'hoping' it will look right. When you see all the possibilities you can confidently make the right selection without stress or worry. Instead there is excitement, which is how it's meant to be! Enjoy the transformation.
Put the different selections your considering up against each other, make sure it flows well!
Put the wood stains in different places in your home to see how it looks in different light.
There is no such thing as too many paint samples! Get it right first time with confidence.
Take out the guess work by laying down samples so you can SEE for certain what works best.
